According to Memri, a Salafi preacher from Jordan, referenced a prayer for the death of non-Muslims, and seemed to direct the idea toward one specific Jew, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu:

On March 31, 2020, Salafi-jihadi ideologue Abu Muhammad Al-Maqdisi shared a post on his Al-Tawhid Awalan channel on Telegram stating: “There is nothing wrong with a Muslim praying for the deaths of infidels and wishing that they contract coronavirus or any similar fatal disease.”

While it is unpleasant to read that anyone prays for a Jew’s death, is it no less true that sometimes we hope that this thing misses loved ones going right past them to the crazy people threatening Israel with nuclear annihilation?
