Joe Biden, presumptive president-elect, broke his foot while playing with his dog, add injury to insult. Why insult? Because it’s become a sport to make fun of Biden’s speech issues (which are legion, and which suggest brain injury and dementia), and broken foot is one more sign of frailty and aging. Compare this to the current president’s robust health, even after COVID-19.

Well, at first they thought it was just a sprain, but it turned out to be a hairline fracture. Old bones break more easily. Then again, seniors like Biden are also more prone to Alzheimer’s.

How long until Harris finds reason enough to shove Joe aside—perhaps quite literally—to take the helm?
